Recipe: Leftover turkey salad

image

As the holidays are over, we have made quite a few great creations.  We had left over turkey like most people and decided to use it in an amazing salad.  This could of course be done with left over chicken or just lunch meat.  We took about 1/2 cup of turkey that was left over per person for the salad.  The rest was just bits and pieces that we had in the fridge.

 Leftover turkey salad

Serves 4

4-6 ounces of mixed lettuce

1-2 green apples (depending on how much apple you like)

4 slices of cooked bacon

2 sprigs of celery

Add the normal dressing ingredients.

Dressing Ingredients:

1 tbl of red wine vinegar

1.5 tbl of oil

2 tbl of agave
