Gluten Free(DOM)

We are a Mother daughter team both gluten free and one who is lactose! We have been going strong for 5+ years now and through trial and error have learned the good and the bad!

Recipe: Butter Nut Squash Bake


Note from Jess:
This is a holiday favorite on my husbands side of the family! It is so delicious!

1/3 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups mashed, cooked squash

1 1/2 cups gluten free Rice Krispies
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
3 Tbs melted butter

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in squash. Mixture will be thin. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until almost set. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes.
