Recipe: Grilled Eggplant, Tomatoes & Feta
Ingredients:
1 Eggplant
2-3 Tomatoes
1/2 Cup of Feta
Basil
Olive Oil
2 Tsp Salt

Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 salmon fillets
2 zucchinis
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a jar with a lid. Cover & shake well. Place salmon in a glass dish and zucchini in another. Spoon marinade over each fillet and over zucchini. Make sure everything is covered. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes. Place salmon and zucchini directly on the grill and cook till the salmon is cooked all the way through and the zucchini is soft.
